Currently offering continuing education courses for massage therapists, a  certificaton course in aromatherapy, and introductory workshops and seminars, The European Institute of Complementary Therapies is dedicated to providing the absolute best education available in the lowcountry for complementary therapies such as Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and spa treatments.

The European Institute's educators are approved providers for continuing education credits for massage therapists licensed by the South Carolina Massage and Bodywork licensing board.

            The Institute occupies a 2000 square foot facility at 5 Grasslawn Ave., Hilton Head Island, SC 29928, and has been beautifully appointed in European style.  All equipment and teaching resources are of the best design.

The Institute provides a relaxed and friendly environment where students can enjoy their learning process as well as being encouraged to add their own ideas to improving and developing the courses.  Teaching methods rely on the gradual acquisition of skills built on a firm base of scientific knowledge and the pace is gauged by the student's ability to learn.

         Beautiful Hilton Head Island has many cycle paths by which to appreciate the lovely scenery.  The island enjoys very clement weather and has many miles of wide sandy beaches and safe sea bathing.  There are also a wealth of nature reserves and many historic sites, particularly those relating to the Civil War.  The Island, being a vacation resort, has a great many restaurants, hotels, cinemas, two 'live' theaters, some 22 golf courses, numerous tennis courts and much other leisure and cultural activity.
